In 2008 we can be back to the playoffs again, if not win our division. The Pats are too old in their linebacking corps and too young in the secondary. They lost weapons on both sides of the ball in Stallworth and Samuel. The Picks: 1st round: #50 DE/OLB Vernon Gholston, OSU #28 TE Dustin Keller Purdue 4th round: #25 CB Dwight Lowery San Jose State Also: Kansas WR Marcus Henry, Tennessee QB Erik Ainge, and some lineman. Personally, I love these picks. Chris Baker has been a decent pass-catcher and has done an adequate job at tight end the past couple years, but Keller will bring another dimension to the offense that few teams have at the position. Gholston will immediately start and wreck havoc opposite of Calivin Pace, and Lowery could have a chance to start opposite of Darrelle Revis.
