GoGo Sentai Boukenger GoGo Changer 轟轟戦隊ボウケンジャー チェンジャー This is my review of the GoGo Changer from the Super Sentai series Boukenger. Boukenger was the 30th series of the Super Sentai franchise. The Boukengers searched for items called Precious. When Makino Sensei created a new type of power, along with 3 new GoGo Vehicle (Fire, Aider, and Police), Akashi (BoukenRed) was ready to take it on. However, the Boukengers came across Eiji Takaoka. With some convincing, Eiji accepted the GoGo Changer and became BoukenSilver. The GoGo Changer served as Eiji's henshin device. He also used it to summon Fire, Aider, and Police, as well as the other GoGo Vehicles. When Fire, Aider, and Police combine through Siren Formation, they form BoukenSilver's mecha named SirenBuilder. SirenBuilder was able to use the other GoGo Vehicles as add-ons, if needed. The GoGo Changer comes by itself with its orange wrist strap. There are a total of 3 buttons and one dial on the GoGo Changer. Its features include henshin, the ability to launch each GoGo Vehicle, and the ability to form different combinations of SirenBuilder, as well as SirenBuilder itself. To open the GoGo Changer, you simply press the blue button on the bottom right. To henshin, you press the button in the middle of the gold dial that's to the right. To form SirenBuilder, you press the 1st button on the left (it has a symbol of a mecha on it), turn the dial to select Fire, Aider, and Police, and then press the henshin button. To launch the GoGo Vehicles (including Fire, Aider, and Police), you press the 2nd button on the left (it has a 'Go!' symbol on it), turn the dial to select the appropriate vehicle numbers, and then press the henshin button. The GoGo Changer is another one of my favorite henshin devices, and just like the Accellular, I highly recommend it to anyone. I gave it a 5/5. Enjoy! Elle se produisit aussi à la radio et à la télévision de Sherbrooke (CHLT), à l'émission de son père, Marcel, en particulier, et chanta dans les salles de danse. Son succès l'amena à se fixer à Montréal en 1967. Proclamée Révélation de l'année au Gala des artistes 1968, elle multiplia les apparitions à la télévision et fit partie de la tournée Musicorama. Gosei Sentai Dairanger Aura Changer 五星戦隊ダイレンジャー オーラチェンジャー I made you guys wait a month after the trailer hit...so here it is: The Aura Changer! As i'm sure you probably know [or atleast can figure out from the box art], the Aura Changer is the Brace used by five of the six Dairanger [Kibaranger used a modified version of the Aura Changer called the Kiba Changer]. To use the Aura Changer, you have to pull the ring on the right half with your middle finger [I incorrectly did it with my index in the video]. You have to pull it quite hard to get it to lock correctly. After that, you have to aim it up and put the right half's ring into the slot on the left half. With a little practice, this becomes easier. The toy itself has a nice design right down to the bands. It has a solid paintjob and a nice use of decals in appropriate areas [something I think the Dynobuckler from Zyuranger could've benefitted from instead of relying entirely on decals]. One problem is the dome on the left half. This dome is easily scuffed even while it is in the package. The result is a small vertical scuff on the dome. Regardless over all this toy is solid. It's worth mentioning that this toy did actually appear as the "Magna Defender Morpher" in Power Ranger Lost Galaxy. The odd thing is, Dairanger was never truly adapted as a Power Ranger series [only Kibaranger, their Kidenju and the Super Kiryoku Bazooka were used among monsters]. Power Rangers Lost Galaxy was an adaptation of Gingaman! The toy isn't *too* different. The right half [the one with the ring] is the same aside from decals. The left half is longer to accomodate AAA Batteries. Also changed are the bands, which are now the same as the Ginga Brace/Transmorpher band. Thanks firstly for your patience and second for watching my reviews. This is the final review for your standard 1990s changers, but I will update some older reviews and bring you two new reviews from 90s Sentai Changers in the future. So stay tuned! Practical. Pretty. If it weren't a bit off-scale it would be a 4.5 or 5/5 toy [again, i'm a bit biased here!]. Definitely awesome. I did weather the coins a little bit. They looked rediculously shiney. I mean almost as terribly bright as the Dynobuckler coins. The only difference is that these coins are metal and can be rubbed up a bit. Thanks for lookin'! Mirai Sentai Timeranger Chrono Changer タイムレンジャー クロノチェンジャー Starting off a new decade, here is the Chrono Changer from Timeranger! This toy serves as the weld between two pieces of metal. It is the last toy of the old styling, yet the first toy of the 2000s. For starters, despite it's sleek and futuristically simple design it is on par with the 90s Sentai Changers. It's silver, it's wrist mounted, it comes in a red box, it has a game, and it has that awful plastic wristband that we've all grown to tolerate since the early 90s [though the last official toy to have it was Gaosilver's G Brace Phone from 2001]. On the other hand, this toy features quite the lightshow. Red and green lights everywhere. Enough to keep my zoom out of whack on my camera while filming. The game is a nice feature, though it is a bit simple and not as fun as the Megaranger game or the Gogo V games. I give them absolute props though since I can't imagine what else they could come up with here. Speaking of the game, for the Power Rangers Time Force Chrono Morpher...well it's more a lack thereof. Instead of using the arrow to move to the different sounds as on the Chrono Changer, each button activates one of three sounds on the Chrono Morpher. Not exactly sure why the game wasn't included as the toys are identical. Overall, the Chrono Changer is a very common toy that is well worth the buy. You can easily find a brand new one for dirt cheap on Yahoo Japan and they randomly pop up on places like ebay as well. As always, thanks for watching my reviews. I appreciate all your comments. Gosei Sentai Dairanger Kiba Changer 五星戦隊ダイレンジャー キバチェンジャー Here is a review i've been getting tons and tons of requests for. The Kiba Changer! Before I begin...I have to say. This is NOT for sale. Will not be for sale. And i'm not going to help you find one. Also, i'm not gonna say how much I paid... That said, let's get started. The Kiba Changer is the personal Henshin Brace of Kibaranger. It's somewhat styled off of the Aura Changer [used by the other five Dairanger] except it is white in color and instead of being a Dual Brace, it has a key. The toy is faithful to the show. The key half is made of metal and gives the box quite a bit of weight. The other half is a repaint from the Aura Changer. It is white in color and featured the same sounds. Power Rangers fans...yeah right. Tommy used a Power Morpher to transform into the White Ranger. Bandai America could have easily added another toy to their line-up with this...but they didn't. Chikyu Sentai Fiveman V Changer Compact 地球戦隊ファイブマン Vチェンジャー This is my review of the V Changer Compact from the Super Sentai series Fiveman. This series was unique, as the males had the V Changer Brace, and the females had the V Changer Compact. The V Changer Compact is great. It comes with a beautiful gold chain that can be detached, and it opens up nicely. The flip-up action on the Compact is much better than it is on the Brace. The semi-shiny pink button goes well with the yellow color of the changer. Like the V Changer Brace, the Compact can get boring fast. Don't let that stop you though. Whether you're a collector, or just a fan, the V Changer Compact is definately the best Fiveman changer (out of the two) to own. I gave it a 4/5. Enjoy! Jyuken Sentai GekiRanger Gong Changer 獣拳戦隊ゲキレンジャー チェンジャー This is my review of the Gong Changer from the Super Sentai series GekiRanger. This is the current series airing in Japan. The theme is centered around martial arts and inner power known as GekiJyuken. GekiJyuken is practiced by the followers of good, and RinJyuken is power used by evil. Recently, Gou Fumaki returned. He's the older brother of Retsu Fukami (GekiBlue). Gou was a student of Master Shafu years ago, but he ended up using the forbidden GekiWaza known as JyuJyu Zenshin Hen against Rio and lost. The result of the forbidden Waza is a beast form, exactly like the Kenseis and Kenma. Gou's beast form was a werewolf. What happened to Gou between that time and the present is still unknown. Gou's Ki is different from the others because he trained with his own mentality. It's known as ShiGeki. Due to the difference, Gou could not use a standard GekiChanger to control his power. Unknown to Gou, when Shafu first witnessed him obtain ShiGeki, he had Miki create the Gong Changer. When Gou returns and says he can't be a GekiRanger because of his different power, Shafu instructs Miki to give Gou the Gong Changer. With it, Gou becomes GekiViolet and can control his GekiBeast, GekiWolf. Gou can also call upon GekiTiger and GekiJaguar to form GekiToujaWolf on his own. The Gong Changer comes alone with its grey wrist strap. There is 1 button on the Gong Changer, along with the right ear that controls the piece that hits the gong. Its features include henshin, and one GekiWaza known as Gon Gon Ken. To open the Gong Changer, you simply flip open the top. To henshin, you press the right ear on the changer. The ear controls the piece that strikes the gong. To activate the Gon Gon Ken GekiWaza, you press the black button in between the two orange lights, wait until it charges all the way, and strike by moving the changer. The Gong Changer could've used a few more features, but it's still a very nice changer. I gave it a 4/5. Enjoy! Mirai Sentai Timeranger Chrono Changer 未来戦隊タイムレンジャー チェンジャー This is my review of the Chrono Changer from the Super Sentai series Timeranger. The series featured a group of 4 who traveled from the year 3000 to the year 2000. They met a person from the year 2000, and the 5 became the Timerangers. The Timerangers' powers, including their changers, suits, weapons, and mechas were all from the future. For this reason, the Chrono Changer has somewhat of a futuristic look. The Timerangers used their changer to communicate, access their weapons, and of course, henshin. Let me first start out by saying that this changer is awesome! Truly one of the best out there. The Chrono Changer has a total of 4 features. These include Henshin, Weapon, Alert, and Game. The 4 features are distinguished through 4 red lights on the changer. Out of all them, the game is definately the most entertaining. You have to avoid stopping on the green lights, and as you progress, it gets faster and faster. The game is the highlight, but the overall sounds and light-up action akes this one of the best changers out there. Don't hesitate to buy one! I gave it a 5/5. Enjoy! This series was unique, as the males had the V Changer Brace, and the females had the V Changer Compact. The V Changer Brace is decent. The chrome on it is quite appealing, but that's about it. You'll be bored within minutes, possibly seconds. However, I can say that as a collector, it's a must have. I gave it a 3/5. Enjoy! Chojin Sentai Jetman Cross Changer 鳥人戦隊ジェットマン クロスチェンジャー UPDATE: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oWMT38vvalw My updated version of this review! Here it is...the Cross Changer! Hot off the failure of the V Changer Brace, this toy is rife with accomplishment! And what did it accomplish? Not being awful for one... This toy is actually two in one. Although it is called the Cross Changer, only the winged Brace is the Cross Changer. The other piece is called the "Corresponder". The Corresponder was used as the Communication device and essentially the key to form Jet Icarus. While it would've been natural for Bandai to release both toys as a set, they could've easily sold them seperately. That alone should make this toy a winner. Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger Gourai Changer ハリケンジャー ゴウライチェンジャー By popular demand, here is a review for the Deluxe Gourai Changer from Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger! This is the changer used by Kasumi Brothers, better known as Denkousekka Gouraiger [電光石火ゴウライジャー]. The Changer comes with a nylon brace, two Shinobi Medal, and two top pieces to differenciate between Kabutoraiger and Kuwagaraiger. The Gourai Changer has limited sounds unfortunitely. It makes the Henshin sound [the same sound from the show] and the same annoying alarm sound that the Hurricane Gyro makes [check out my Hurricane Gyro review in my channel]. Outside of that, the only feature it does is you press the button on the bottom and the "wings" flip open and make the henshin sound. An interesting note: This changer is almost verbatim copied from "Jukou B-Fighter". B-Fighter had a Changer of very similar design and function. It even had the wings flip open for henshin...plus an annoying alarm! Power Rangers Ninja Storm added the Gourai Changer to it's Morpher line. In America it was called the Thunder Morpher. Unlike the previous Wind Morpher, the Thunder Morpher stray from the Gourai Changer. Aside from being much bigger in size, there was a big drop in quality [which was a key highlight for me in the Gourai Changer]. As always, thank you for watching my reviews.
